Very easy to produce using such companies as Vista Print where you just load your photos, one for each month, add any special dates, pick your template, specify the number, press go and wait for delivery.

Remember seeing the London to Brighton film when it first appeared on T.V. Journey time of 4 minutes I think at the speed of sound or a modern jet fighter of the time !

I ordered the 1960 ABC BR Locomotive Combine edited by Ian Allen and am now watching old DVDs, YouTube footage and some DVDs that Lake very kindly sent me. I've already been virtual trainspotting at York, kingsX, Donny Edinburgh and Paddington collecting named locos only.Underling "cops" in my new combine. Call me bonkers but I'm really enjoying myself, today I'm off to Leighton Buzzard on the Skimpot Flyer to get some Jubs,Coronations and Scots! ππ

Wouldn't go to the LMS for Jubilees, every other train through Luton seemed to be one. Did you ever go in the opposite direction on the Bute Street Line? Thinking back, one certainly took one's life in one's hands at Linslade tunnels, think of doing that today, doesn't bear thinking about. probably posted this before: filming and controlling at the same time would probably have tasked Spielberg. Took about 2 years to build from base board to horses, cows and sheep. A retirement project.

All the Princess class operated through LB as they were shedded at Crewe (N), Edge Hill and Polmadie on the west coast main line. Ivatt and Fairburn tanks operated through there also on the slow suburban routes. As you say a Clan would only have a rarity as they were only scheduled as far south as Carlisle where they were shedded.
