As of Yesterday 25th Oct, I believe only the solitary objection by c&r has been lodged. Has anybody got an Idea of when the Secretary of State will be obliged to make some waves as there are only about 10 days to go before the objection window closes I believe. I am assuming the Council will cave in & not fight it as Half a Mill in costs has been bandied around. I was wondering if it would be unethical or indeed illegal for LTFC/2020 to foot the Bill for a fight...... Just a thought as If we are to win this more speedily raising a few Quid would help enormously.....

Curlz I thinking along the same lines. Say if, with an average home crowd of 8000+, fans chip in a fiver each we’d certainly raise enough for others to notice. Who knows that might, if you’ll excuse the pun, get the ball rolling ? I’ll leave the logistics to people nearer to home, but only too happy to contribute from down under. COYH

The Sec of State has already indicated that there is nothing to object to by not calling the plans in. C&R are asking for a judicial review on the grounds of (in their opinion) "flawed planing process".

My Mistake, I was of the opinion the Secretary of State would Chair the Judicial Review meaning at some point he would have had to Act. I stand corrected...
