Buffering There's a cog-wheel symbol visible when you hold your mouse over the screen - it's bottom right on my PC (on an ipad or similar if you touch the screen it comes up top right) If you're experiencing a lot of buffering, try "quality". The default setting is "auto" but if you choose one of the other options (720p works for me) that usually improves things quite a bit. You can try different settings until everything settles down. Changing commentary
If you're stuck with the other team's commentary, you can change that from the cog-wheel too. On my example picture above the second option is "playback speed", because I took the screenshots from a highlights video, but for the live broadcast it's "audio" and selecting that gives the option to switch between home and away commentaries.

I've been watching on my smart phone Dawn would that cog wheel show on a phone? I've got an i-phone, so I've just tested with the video playback of the Reading game, and it's there at top right when I touch the screen. It might be in a different place depending which phone you have, but I'm pretty sure it would be there somewhere.

I use an iPad with Safari and the cogwheel is bottom right. But as Dawn says you do need to touch the screen to see it.

Ifollow questions and responses from the shoutbox.
biggleshatter: I have managed to 'borrow' the codes to enable me to watch the Town's matches this season (with the club's blessing as the season ticket holder in question does not have access to technology). Any guidance as to how to actually log on much appreciated.
lizard: as long as you have already entered the code it is automatic, go to the Luton ifollow site, tap ifollow (second from left), scroll down to next match and an hour before kick off will give you the option of watching live video.
shatter2: Biggles have you signed in yet? You need to enter the email address and password, once logged in follow Liz's instructions.
biggleshatter: Still struggling on this. I have a code and obviously know the season ticket seat no. Where do I sign in? I already have an account for a season long audio pass, and don't want to corrupt this. Help
lizard: first things first biggles: which match have you a code for? second things second: you only need codes for home league games. No codes are necessary for away league games, the £10 purchased ticket automatically gives you access to the video.
rutlandhatter: I'm no tech expert but won't Biggles also need the e-mail address the code goes to?
flathatter: Correct Gale!

I'm not 100% certain but I think that to use somebody else's ifollow codes you would also have to use their ifollow account and/or have their ticket buying number.
Codes are only available for Home league matches and Away mid week league matches. All others cost a tenner.
Individual match codes are sent to the season ticket holders registered email address shortly before the individual match.

biggles, repeat of PM
hi biggles
Let's first cover the code situation for this season
1. Season ticket holders who have a LTFC account will receive video codes prior to each home League Saturday and evening game. These can be entered at any time before the match when you are logged in with your email address and password.
2. The Club advised all account holders to ensure that the email address used for this account is the same one used for ifollow or vice versa. 3. For all away and cup games you have to purchase a matchday video pass for £10. Again you must be logged in when doing this. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Payment can be made either by credit or debit card. On match day simply log in, go to ifollow, next match, and an hour before kick off you will see a watch video button. Prior to the hour you will see 'live match will appear here'.
NB I think it is safe to say that the codes in your possession(?) are for the Derby game last Saturday and therefore are probably useless. If it's your friend's codes and he gets some more for the next home game and his intention is to give them to you, it's probably safe to say that you would be need to be logged in with his details. If you do this then once the codes are entered into his account the match will automatically be available.

If all else fails Biggles you will have to ask your friend Algy!
The crux seems to be that you may need an ifollow account in your friends name to activate his codes. I'm not sure if it will work with your ifollow account. Perhaps a call to the ticket office will sort it out?

FAO of all season ticket holders - To watch a game previously requiring a code without being charged
Go to the LTFC site. If you are correctly logged in, you will see your name of login ID in the top right of the blue menu. Go to the ifollow heading anf click on next match at the bottom of that menu the page that opens will have a grey band contyaining the words 'Access to the match live on iFollow will be available here from 1 hour before kick-off' and youll see the Watch Live button from about 60mins befor ethe game starts.
DONT click on the buy video pass icon because that opens the payment page and the system will allow you pay for the game again!!!! In other words, if its a 'free' game for season ticket holders, you dont need to go the payment page.
Hope that helps

Hope that helps I've been using the EFL App and yesterday just clicked on that and it took me straight to live pictures of Kenilworth Road. As you say "don't go to the payment page!!". IKJP if you're reading this send an email to EFL ifollow and ask for a refund of the £10, I did recently and they refunded within a couple of days.
