and Don Revie 5% - level with Bill Shankly!
Shankly didn't wear the same lucky suit come Hell or high water and didn't shit on the England team like Revie did - plus he was a better manager

I would place David Pleat higher than Revie - who else would he rate higher than though?
and I know that the probable best judge of why Clough was a better manager than Ferguson is a man who played for both,
