Deadline For Power Court Comments Extended to 10th October

I have just received this from Luton Town Supporters Trust:
Dear William
Membership Number 2431.
First all all I would like to thank the hundreds of LTST members who have taken the time to write to the Planning Department at Luton Borough Council supporting the planning applications for both Power Court & Newlands Park. I apologise that I have not been able to reply individually to those who copied their submissions in to the Trust, but rest assured the Committee are very grateful for your support.
Our Club continues to keep the Trust Committee fully updated with the progress of the application. There currently some points we can share with the membership: Firstly, LBC have extended the deadline for submissions until the 10 October 2016, the reason for this being nothing more than procedural. Council sources state so far they have received around 4,700 comments with upwards of 95% being supportive. Lastly, the Club has just published an online form (link below) that will take less than 5 minutes to complete and send, yes you read correctly, no email no writing just complete and hit the send button!
If you haven’t sent your support or know people who are yet to do so, please send them this link – our football club still needs your backing.
